Today we hosted our Grinch ornament workshop alongside Ms. Alma Quintero from Vista Hill. Not only did parents have the opportunity to create a beautiful ornament, but also had the opportunity to listen to the How the Grinch Stole Christmas story read to them in English and Spanish by Sarai, our Family Liaison. We are grateful to all who attended and supported this event. Please let our Family Liaison know if you have any ideas for future workshops.

Yesterday we hosted Family Lunch Day for TK, Kinder, and 1st grade families. There were over 150 people total in attendance. We want to thank everyone that supported and attended this event.

All schools are open today. We will continue to monitor the weather and power outages if and when they occur.
Last Friday, our school's PTA hosted their Winter Wonderland Celebration. Many families came to take pictures with Santa Claus, enjoy food and drinks, arts and crafts, participate in raffles, and sing with Santa Claus. We want to thank everyone that supported and attended this event.
Today, we celebrated our parents that completed our first rotation of Vista Hill parenting classes for this school year. Each parent spent the last 10 week learning skills on how to be a better parent and on how to value their child's emotions. We are so proud of them! Special thanks goes to Vista Hill parenting class teacher, Vanessa Hernandez.
